Insert table in Microsoft word into blogger post
To simple insert a Microsoft office table in your blog post first you need to create table in office steps are given below.
- Start the Ms Word and go to the insert menu.
- And then select table then select row and column which you want to display in the post.
- Once your table is ready then you give the colorful look.go to the Design tab and then appear pre designed styles or can create a new one own your own.
- You can also increase the space between two rows and columns just place the cursor over a line and drag to increase the space between them.
Add Ms word Table in blogger
- Once you have sucessful create a table on MS word then its get a HTML code which you will insert into your posts.
- First you need to save the file with extension .html so go to file >> save as and form the drop down list select “web page” and press save button to conclude .
- Now you can convert the table into html page so go to the location where you can save the webpage right click on the file and then open with >> notepad.
- Copy the all html coding present in the notepad.
- Go to the blogger.com>>your site >>add new post and edit HTML now paste the HTML code in blogger post editor which you copied then you can publishbutton to finiesh the process.
Second way to create table in Excel
- Open the Excel and create table insert table field .
- When you are done then table copy.
Convert the table into HTML
- Go to the tableizer and paste it into the text field. This tool remove the extra markup from your table.
- You can customize the font type and font style, color of the table heading if you desierd .
- Finally click the Tableize it button to create your HTML table.
- Copy the code and paste it in your post HTML.
- Preview and Publish .
